Hello, [redacted] has been coming to our office since July Her last appointment was March 18, and she expressed no complaint about her treatment to her practitioner or to the front deskI have attached documentation that we have all our clients sign and that *** [redacted] signed as well You can clearly see that [redacted] signed acknowledging that she knew the practitioners here were chiropractors (1) [redacted] also signed that she knew we did ACUPRESSURE, not acupuncture (2) I have also attached [redacted] client's notes where you can see that she stated herself that she was losing weight with us (3) The program is non-refundable and [redacted] signed in places that she understood our policy (4) I have attached the paperwork for that as wellThis complaint comes as a surprise to our office because [redacted] was just here week ago and said nothing about not being happy or having any concerns If you have any further questions please let us know.Thank you

Hello, Mr [redacted] was told by the front desk that we were book up on Saturday but that we would call him if we had any availabilityMr [redacted] totally understood this before he left the office We did end up getting an opening and got him scheduled for treatments last Saturday This was before we heard that he wanted to refund Nevertheless, we have refunded Mr [redacted] back the amount due Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Revdex.com only gives me the option to accept or reject. I do not accept your response because that would be accepting your establishment stealing $150 from me. That's not right nor ethical. I did not receive any services from your clinic, so you do not get to keep $150 of my money for nothing. And I will not just accept that or let it go. It's not so much the money but the principle in this matter. I won't be satisfied until I am refunded the full amount I am owed. Regards,

Hello,I completely understand [redacted]'s complaint and I received this notice yesterday.  I have contacted our manufacturing company regarding this issue so it can be checked on immediately! I have instructed our fulfillment center to get another bottle of sleep aid sent to [redacted]...
