Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for notifying us regarding this complaint Our records show that this customer purchased a trial order on November 28, and, per the terms of the offer, was shipped a 30-day supply of product and billed days later for this 30-day supply (since the order was not canceled within the trial period time frame) I have included the terms of the offer below for easy reference[redacted] Our records also show that the customer disputed this charge with her bank, and we were notified by her bank on 1/26/that this order was flagged as a dispute Unfortunately, when a customer begins the dispute process with her bank, the matter is taken out of our hands The customer will need to contact the bank with which she filed the dispute They will be able to let her know the status of her claim and / or refund.We will consider this matter closed, but we are more than happy to assist further if needed.Sincerely,Customer Service

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for this update.  As has been mentioned by us previously, and acknowledged by the customer's bank (as indicated in their rejection of the charge dispute), the customer did not follow the terms and conditions to which she agreed when placing the order online, which is why she was charged to begin with. However, even though we are not obligated to do so, we have gone ahead and refunded the customer's account in the amount of $87.27, to demonstrate our ongoing willingness to provide excellent customer service.Depending on the customer's bank, the refund should take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to be reflected in her account.We will now consider this matter closed.Sincerely,Pure Garcinia Cambogia Customer Service
