Healthy PC is a service only companyParts are ordered with the client and are purchased with knowledge and approval of hardware vendor and product conditionClients purchase ordered equipment or pre-pay us to pick up and deliverThe parts and taxes are strictly reimbursements on HPC invoice***
refused to purchase new equipment for his accounting companyHe refused the option to add an new hard drive to the refurbished machineWe were given used parts from his failed machine and asked to make them work with a newer used oneI told him I would be able to pickup the equipment we ordered from MicroCenter the same day and if the video card he provided was compatible with the new machine we would have it ready the following MondayI also stated that I would be on vacation the following week and my employee *** would be delivering the finished productThe video card did not physically fit the case of the newer machine nor would it fit any other similar in-stcok at MicrocenterThe adapter to reuse the video card was $and a new video card was $200, both took a week to arrive so we picked the $optionWe did not reuse the hard drive from the original failing machine as it would duplicate the problem and also not be compatible with the newer system The system was delivered after the adapter arrived and some communication about timeline was delayed by a day due to my being out of townAfter usage the hard drive from the refurbished Microcenter machine started to fail so we replaced it and cloned to a new driveThe machine did not function properly after the clone due to a corrupt and incomplete copy from the failing driveI reinstalled windows from scratch as the only option to correct the unstable systemThe extra labor to reinstall windows and setup the entire machine as new did not show on a bill because we help our clients stay in budgetAfter it was tested as working, we received a call from ***'s assistant that there was another problem and he wanted us to return everything and get a full refundHe would not take a call from me or allow me to make any additional correctionsHe responded to an email that there was no further options except a refundI told him I thought our process was complete and inline with his request and sometimes refurbished hardware can require additional labor to stabilizeI feel we went above and beyond to keep his costs low and have already had done the right thing by reinstalling at no cost even though we don't warranty 3rd party equipmentHe had the option to return the products to Microcenter, but again refusedHe has threatened to call the police, attorneys, Revdex.com, sales tax, and small claimsHe fired us and then wanted me to remove the equipment he pre-purchased as an additional free service and I refused because it had client sensitive data and would require me to wipe and reload windows before returningAdditionally he has hired another company and I have no idea as to what they have done to the machine since, but it was impossible for me to return working equipment earlierI have run my business as service only since and this customer is my first complaint
