Review: This business is very unprofessional in its billing to their clients. I saw [redacted] in July of 2012 and she copied my insurance card front and back. She told me verbally that I would only owe an office visit of $50 per my insurance. Now, she is reported about $51.00 to collection saying that it's my insurance company that took this long to pay here. This is not true. My insurance company pays on time otherwise I would have a lot of outstanding medical bills which I don't. This office has never been organized as far as billing. Every time I would receive an outstanding invoice I would have to call [redacted] and she would agree with me. My last bill with her which I paid in full was $85.00. In Jan. 2013 I went through my yearly notes, bills, etc. and toss the old out to make room for the new year and my notes regarding all of this including my conversations with [redacted] have been tossed away because I paid her in full the $85.00 and heard nothing more until the week of October 14th, 2013 I received a call from a [redacted] saying this amount has been turned over to collection. I paid [redacted] in full for her services and do not owe her anymore money. It's not my insurance company it's her billing and going back on her verbal conversation that is unorganized. I'm currently working with the collection agency in providing copy of my bank statement to prove payment. [redacted] wants a copy front and back of my canceled check. I do not have the money for this. I can barely make ends meat and can't afford any extra money. Besides, I already paid her!!Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

I do not want any money I want [redacted] off my back and to drop the collection and erase my the fact that it's on my credit report. I already paid her and do not owe her any more money! This is also to inform the Revdex.com that this office is very unprofessional and I hope to save other clients and do not recommend this office to anyone unless they want to be over billed and lied to.

Initial Business Response

I am responding to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint regarding our billing practices. I had previously written off any balance owed by Ms. [redacted], but was told by my billing company that I did not have to write off her $25.00 co-pay. That was what we were trying to collect. Nonetheless, we have pulled her from collections and actually DID write off the balance. I hope this resolves the issue.
