[redacted] It Will depend on the outcome of said attempt to come out to my home again I am tired of giving them money. I do not feel they are competant.

I still propose to return to the customers home to make a 2nd attempt to resolve the technical issue.

He was to call me back after discussing the situation with the Hearth Doctor.That was the third week of June 2015. I have heard from no one. the rep, who was at the Hearth Doctor the day I picked up the plate for the other stove, was unknowledgable with regard to my propane stove situation..]
