We have used Jason since moving to a house with an old pool. He has been fantastic! For 5+ years he manged to keep the old heater working. When it was finally time to buy a new heater he helped guide us to the best one for our circumstances and installed it within days of it's arrival.

I called the Heater Guy, Jason, when I had an issue with my pool heater. I called him on a Sunday expecting to leave a message for him to return my call. To my surprise he answered the phone and was extremely helpful. Jason told me that he would be at my house on Monday to look at it between 5:00-6:00 pm. He arrived promptly at 5:00pm and assessed that the heat exchanger was the issue and that it needed to be replaced. I gave him the ok to go ahead and get it fixed, he ordered the part and said that he would contact me when it came in. He contacted me that Friday and let me know that it had come in and that he would be out that evening to repair it. He told me that he had another job to do and would be over as soon as he was done. Jason arrived at about 6:00pm and replaced the heat exchanger, now my heater is working great with no issues. Most companies would have simply cancelled and rescheduled for the following week being that it was the end of the day on a Friday. The Heater Guy is reliable, friendly, and very thorough. I recommend him to anyone needing Pool, HVAC, or Plumbing work.

Jason is the Man! He has installed pool heaters, hot water heaters, water softeners,
faucets and toilets for me and is always fair with his prices. He does a great job. Wonderful plumber /handy man and even better person.

On two occasions the repairs required an in depth understanding of how the system functions as well as a creative knack for making everything fit. He showed up when he said he would and finished the work quickly. The work was done right the first time. I will definitely call him next time I need plumbing help.
