The Heater Man

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a service "professional" and I use that term VERY loosely. My heater broke in January and it is now May and he still has not fixed it even though he still says he will. His initial service was delayed with no time given when he would come out. After his first inspection he claimed to know what the problem was and that a part needed to be ordered. A week later he put a chip in the furnace and said it would be fixed. I paid him for the chip and his time (My first mistake, after calling him to begin with). Later that day it was already having problems. He said to give it 2-3 days. When that didn't work and I called back he simply stopped returning my calls. When I got more aggressive with my calls he would give me days that he would come out and then not show up and not communicate at all. I never received any calls from him. All the communication was driven 100% by me. I was very patient but weeks turned into months. It still isn't repaired and now I'm finally going to another company to have it fixed. This has been extremely frustrating. Don't use this man's services or you won't get your problem fixed and if you pay him be careful because you will never see him again.
