I am currently a resident and have experienced recently poor customer service and ethics through your company I feel I have been a good renter and seems like people working at office have been extra rude and have sent people a number of times into my apartment without authorization.
We do apologize for and frustration that *** may have experienced at *** community as we work hard to be accommodating and fulfill requests to the best of our ability. The Regional Manager has been trying to contact *** this week and is unable to leave a message as the voice mail box is full. She is sending an email to *** in the hopes that will be an easier way to make contact for further discussion.
We have had one instance where an online work order was enter that gave permission to enter but was different from previous requests where a call note was added in the text. We did miss this and our Maintenance Technician did indeed go back to *** to apologize for the misunderstanding and the resident thanked him and stated that it was no problem.
We do want Mr. to be happy in his home and look forward to hearing back from him via the outreach email from the Regional Manager.
