The Heights at LaSalle

I lived at the Heights at LaSalle from July 2013 to May 2014 while a student at[redacted]. I paid a security deposit of $1650 in order to secure an apartment. Upon leaving the Heights at LaSalle, a review of my apartment was conducted and it was agreed to in writing that the Heights at LaSalle would return approximately $1500 of my deposit within 30 days of my leaving the apartment. It is now approximately 3 months later and I have not received my deposit back. I have contacted the Heights at LaSalle several times about this issue and they do not want to take responsibility for the money they owe me. It appears that the company has decided not to return the deposit they legally owe me. I need help collecting this debt.Desired SettlementI want my security deposit back.
