The Henna Shop

I've been going to henna shop since started in board walk mall years ago. I spent over $80 this weekend buying 6 necklaces. I asked people behind counter how long necklaces are without extension. Girl not sure 14-16 in. She offered let me try on. 2 of 6 had rust on extensions. I asked if I could trade for different with no rust. She offered have other girl working replace just extension chains. I said fine. The girl in charge didn't asked me if I needed any help when I was walking around shopping. Never said hi. Never acknowledged I was there. Never cracked a smile. I was more friendly than she was and I'm the customer. There was a third person hanging around. Didn't seem work there, just hanging out keeping her company, not friendly.
Other girls took a little while. Girl in charged ignored me while I stood in front of her eating & on her phone. I made small talk because they didn't seem to like me being there by this point. I asked to trade 1 out for a different one. So now prices different. I asked if she traded out, she spoke to me with no rejection in her voice with a poker face when she answered me after 2nd time I asked to make sure.
Very disappointed by lack of basic customer service skills that bordered on rude & awkward. Don't think will go backshop if it means dealing with those employees again. It's a shame. Going there for years. Spent $$.
