I allowed my subscription to the Herald-Sun to lapse in October Company kept delivering and then billed me for the papers Account # [redacted] expired 10/17/Spoke to company rep in Sept to discuss whether to re-newTold rep that I would not be renewing at that time and thought I was doneCompany kept up delivery and then billed me in January (bill date Jan 18,2018) for $Spoke to company rep (***) on 1/to protest the billShe stated that they had the right to do this and it was on my renewal information (which it was not)She also stated that I needed to tell them to stop and I told her about the September conversation about not renewing but she stated that had not been documented in their system, though the call was notedShe also offered to have me pay half and we could waive the restI declined since I felt I did not owe any money as I told the rep in September that I was not renewingRequested to speak to someone about cancelling the bill

Incorrect or no home delivery Subscribed to home delivery of the Herlad Sun via auto pay charged to my bank card But I only get the correct paper 1-times per week Mostly it is the News and Observer or no paper at all I have registered numerous complaints to the Herald Sun yet the poor service continues

The Herald Sun is billing me for newspapers I did not requestWe cancelled the paper and they continued to deliver it and bill us for it
We had subscribed to the Durham Herald since In April we did not renew our subscription; we verbally told their phone service that we were cancelling the subscriptionWe continued to receive papers and understood that that was a "grace period" in case we changed our mindsWe then began to receive repeated calls telling us that we "hadn't paid our bill." Each time we explained that we had cancelled the paperOn one phone call when I said we had cancelled the subscription I was told: "You can't do that." On July 9, The Herald Sun sent us a bill for $(which would cover more that weeks of service) although our acount was paid in full when we cancelledWe then received a letter dated August 14, from *** Incstating that the Herald-News has forwarded our account to them and that we should pay them $

During I started having delivery issues with my paper after they were changing drivers I finally ended up with someone who didn't always deliver and I didn't ever receive missed papers I finally got upset when I received a letter in December from the driver stating that the person delivering my paper had several issues for not making deliveries, car wreck, papers dropped off late having to borrow cars etcThe letter then stated not call the paper and complain that we should call her or go to twitter to see why she wasn't deliveringSince I hadn't complained or reported any delivery issues to the paper this made me mad I called the paper and advised them that I was having issues with deliveries and read them the note They stated they would take care of the issues and that I would not receive another letter from the driver I then received another letter from the driver within a week as well as had several more papers not delivered on the day they should have been

Promises were made to me by the editor of the paper that were not fullfilled
For many years I have sent the paper a picture and some verbage that would help describe the fact that *** have had a great time playing courses all over the countryI have always had a good relationship with the paper, they usually published the picture with a short description of the events we participated inI called the editor, was assured that it would be usedI them took the picture by personally, left it and nothing happenedI emailed at least twice, spoke with the editor twice and was assured it would be in the paper shortlyIt has been months and no responseI even asked for the picture to be returned if it was not going to be returnedNo response againCan't understand why notHave been a loyal customer for years, I believeI want the piece published as promised and an apology at the very least***
