The Hero Financing Program Reviews (5)

In response to the latest reply from ***, here is our reply: Hi *** - We hear youIf you would like to continue with HERO and fund your solar project with us, then we would need you to re-sign the contractThe interest in the revised contract is based on the fact that you’d have a longer period of time where the interest would be accruingWith the way our bond issuance works, we are required to use the new contract (due to the details we provided in the previous message)If you do not wish to proceed, we completely understandWe wanted to say how sorry we are for the poor customer experience you had. Our team has looked into your file in great detail and we see where we should have stepped up and provided you with a much better experiencePlease know our management team is on this and will work to ensure we don’t make these mistakes again. We hope to resolve this with you, so please do let us know if you want to proceed or would rather fund your project elsewhere

I am rejecting this response because:The roof was not completeThey put rolled Roofing over the laundry room area of the back of my houseBut they did not put any different Roofing whatsoever over my kitchenIt's the same roof that was on there the old shingles from before I even got them to do the roof

Hi
*** - We appreciate you working with our team member, MaryAs of 8/it
looks as though your account has been finalized, and only PACE-eligible
products were financedBest regards

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12097938, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I accept the fact that mistakes were made, explanations were inadequate, and those who were supposed to clarify things with me had only the loosest grasp of what was going on with my account.  I like the fact that my payments to HERO would be tax deductible, but I have already funded my solar project through another financing option.  At this point, is HERO financing even an option?  In other words, could HERO pay off the loan I took to pay for the panels and still treat it as funding for the panels, or does HERO have to pay the contractor directly in order to be my funding source?  Maybe if I could deal with someone in management who is familiar with the details of my transaction (including that it was completed before March 8, 2017), then I might still be interested in HERO financing.  It is probably a good financing product, but my experience with your staff has been horrible.  Dealing with you through Revdex.com has been the only way to get a reasonable, understandable answer from your company.
