The Hidden Lakes Community Association

Hidden Lakes is very concerned with all complaints we receive either in person or through an agency such as the Revdex.com We have taken the time to look at this complaint carefully before responding in order to interview staff to ensure we have all of the facts and correct information.We acknowledge that our office received a call from the complainant Upon receipt of the call our office staff immediately contacted our cleaning staff to investigate the complaint and take immediate action to resolve the situation I interviewed our cleaning person directly and they related to me that no such conditions were found in the Women's shower room in the clubhouse She did find an adult depends that was placed in a trash container but there were no feces on any walls of fixtures in the shower/ restrooms The trash container was emptied and disposed of upon discovery.The allegations that there was feces on the walls and left for days without cleaning is totally and unsubstantiated It is also that there are cockroaches in the shower/ restroom facilities and clubhouse kitchen areas The Morrow County Health department regularly inspects our kitchen area and has never cited us for cockroaches or other pests The shower/ bathroom facility is accessed from the main clubhouse floor through a set of doors, and then a foot hallway The doors are 50+ feet from the kitchen area which is behind another door and serving window.In closing I will state for reference that our cleaning staff clean the clubhouse and comfort stations throughout the campground daily and is on call on the weekends, and after hours, should any cleaning emergencies arise The campground board of directors meets every 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month during the camping season and this person, nor any other person, has come forward to register a complaint of this nature Nor have they registered a complaint through our Grievance Committee.Please contact me if you have further questions or require further information Obviously I and the Board of Directors are interested to hear how you will proceed within this complaint I will be sending a formal response through the mail upon my return to Columbus this weekend I hope that this puts this matter to rest with no negative impact to Hidden Lakes.Regards, [redacted] ***, HLCA Board of Directors
