The Hidden Reef

Review: I bought 3 fish from them a week ago. The young "gentleman" that was helping me out was inexperienced. I asked him if I could get somebody else, because the way he was trying to catch fish out of their tank was unacceptable. He rudely said "they are all busy". I said can you be a little more gentle with them, he rudely reply I think I know what Im doing. After taking the fish home, "the Silver Dollar fish" was missing a lot of scales. I almost knew it wasnt going to make it. I adapted the fish to my water, it seemed to go ok. The next morning all 3 fish were dead. I called about a refund, they said no. Now im out $55 because you inexperienced employee shouldn't be handling fish, making washing the floors or something. I will never step my foot into your store!!Desired Settlement: They said they do no warranty their fish like other stores do. The reason why the fish died is because they got too stressed while the it was trying to net them!!!!!!!!!
