The Lawyer did not provide the service we paid him for and refused to refund the money
We hired the lawyer MrM*** *** on 05/07/to fight a court case for non moving violation ticket, on 05/22/and he asked us to pay in advance without signing any fee agreement contract
However, the citation was not turned in by the police officer, and there was no court scheduled on 05/22/
We contacted the lawyer the night before the court date to confirm his appearance next day, he informed us that no court scheduled
I contacted the court, the court Clerk told me that we should come to take the dismissal since there is no warrant turned in by the officer
We paid the lawyer to defend the case, however, since there was no case/or court, the lawyer did not provide the service we paid him for
So we asked him for full or partial refund of our money, but he refused to fully or partially refund the money
