Ms*** is not the principal driver of this vehicle Her daughter, *** ***, is the main driver All correspondence with High Line Motor Group has been with *** *** Ms*** and her mother Ms*** picked up their vehicle on Dec13th with a temporary plate from the
state of NHThe vehicle under state law was to be inspected within ten days Surely, if she had done this any issues would be resolved immediately on our endMs *** contacted the dealership and spoke with the service manager about a suspension issue Ms*** was advised several times to bring the vehicle in but at every juncture she stated that she was busy and not available After several weeks, Ms *** stated that she was having the vehicle towed to our dealership A week went by and the vehicle never arrived here at High Line After a week Ms *** called in flustered that she had hit a pothole and that the vehicle was not drivable *** assumed that the damage was covered under her insurance policy The insurance company had the car towed to *** *** *** in Manchester NH *** *** called us again and stated that the insurance company denied the claim We requested that the vehicle be brought to our dealership so we could inspect the vehicle High Line is willing to address the brake issues and work with Ms*** At this point our hands are tied because the vehicle has not been towed here Ms *** was told to have the car brought to our dealership but she is adamant on bringing the vehicle to a *** dealership which we are not authorizing High line has made every attempt to work with Ms*** She needs to have the vehicle brought to us and at this point she has not

In fact *** did come into the dealership to purchase a vehicleMy mechanic inspected his *** trade and found that the vehicle needed 3,to 5,dollars of repairsAt that time we informed *** that his trade was not worth the 14,dollars on trade it was worth 10,At that time
he became hostile accusing us of trying to take advantage of himHe started making threats toward me and the dealership that he would post all types of negative things on all the different websites like ***, ***, etcIn fact he did post negative things on those websites from differtent ip addressesWe contacted the Lowell police Dept and put a no trespass order on ***He did leave a dollar deposit on his credit cardHighline has no intention on keeping his depositThe Lowell police called him and said you need to call us before you come to the dealership to get your deposit back so we can do a standbyWe are still waiting on this to happen.

I never said it was being towed to the dealershipI spoke with *** and told him I sad bringing it on Thursday 1/12/at that time the vehicle broke down and was undrivable after hitting a potholeAfter inspection from another service facility, they said the vehicle was unsafe and should not have been sold as a safe vehicleAttached is their estimate of repairs to the carI was told by *** to have it towed to Highline, I did not have the funds to tow it thereAlso, the power steering issue that was supposedly fixed by them before I drove the car off the lot was not fixed, as stated in the estimateSo I did not want them to half fix the issue again*** was extremely rude and hung up on me multiple times, stating "my car, my problem" I feel the lack of customer service to ensure mine and my children's safety was completely disregardedThey knew they sold an unsafe vehicle and didn't care.
