Since we moved here July 18 we have had a infestation of millipede. We have had millipede crawling in our beds, crawling on us while we sleep, in our foods, on walls, on floors, on counter tops, in bathtub, in toilets, crawling around bathrooms floors. Millipede coming through window in bathroom, different places in kitchen, they are everywhere.. We can't not sleep, we can't not eat in piece. We are living under unlivable conditions. This is every single day, they changed companies an nothing work, we have been complaining since we moved in on July 18........ We can't night sleep at night, we are up all night scared millipede are going crawl on us 99 percent of the time they are in bed with us...
and *** signed a 12 month lease on July 18, 2019. On 7-22-19 *** called wanting to get out of the lease because she stated they just didn't like the apartment. In August of 2019 *** called complaining about worms, I immediately placed her on our pest control list and her unit was treated on 8-8-2019 by Best Pest Control. Best Pest treats once a month so her unit was again treated on 9-3-2019. Our property is now under a New Management company which we are still who she needs to deal with but we have also hired a new pest control company named ***. On Sept 20, 2019 *** brought in a handwritten letter which read she was giving a 60 day notice. I then called her and spoke to her myself and let her know that they would be responsible for the 60days and she said "Well I don't know about that" and hung up on me. I have now gone on a weekly contract with them and their unit has been treated on a weekly basis since September 3, 2019. Those dates are as follows: 9-10-19, 9-17-19, 9-24-19 and 10-3-19. On 10-3-19 is when we found that she had moved out and not even fulfilled her notice that she previously. On 10-4-19 *** brought in keys. I gave her a receipt stating she turned in keys. Their original lease dates are from 7-18-19 thru 6-30-2020

I am rejecting this response because: The landlord is lying. Please tell me were to send the pictures, I have a lot. Please tell me were to send statements from other people that been in apartment. I did not call and tell her I did not like the apartment. 2. When did this weekly pest control take place, and when did we go under a weekly contract another lie. I *** was the first to complain, the first week we moved in July the 18. First week sewer backed up twice, millipedes/worms are whatever they want to call it started crawling on us, out vents, on walls, window seals, just every were in apartment. Furthermore, she lying again she did not tell me I was responsible for 60 days she called and said I have to pay the early termination fee and I should start paying early, I did not hung up on her. Now pest control comes once a month. *** told me I need to wait for 45 day cycle, what 45 day cycle. *** told my mom wait till winter time they die down. *** had the nerve to tell us they do not bit. My mom ask her for receipt, she told my mom she was going to tell y'all we left early. Reason again we left, because we were living under unlivable conditions. We couldn't sleep, we could not eat, we could not have peace. We were stress, aggravated, miserable, we were scared to go to sleep. I *** slept in my car several times, I cover shirts and number of other thing around my head, and part on my body that had a hole, because I was so scared something was going crawl in one. My mom stop sleeping under the cover, she just covered up in a robe.This problem started as soon as we got there, they are only pretending now that they was doing something. When I tried to contact the manager over *** he stated *** said you have to wait for the 45 day cycle. I am a veteran who have disabilities, and my condition were being made worst by these conditions. Please understand they were coming out of vents, crawling on ceiling, on cabinets, every were in apartment every single day, every week, and every day in month, If you want pictures and statements I will gladly provide. The letter clearly says we were leaving, because we are living under unlivable conditions, glad I keep that to. Mold that never got fix, are the leak from up stairs, nasty toilet water that was falling on me while I was on toilet and mold got pictures of that to.. Please understand I can back up my words. Infestation Infestation. How many companies does it take to kill millipedes/worms, what the problem please explain.
