The Highlands

We put an application into the highlands on May 13 with a deposit of 225.00. My credit was not accepted. I got an email that I needed to second a second credit application. We sent the application to [redacted]. We never heard back so I called last Thursday. I was told that I never sent a email. That there was 100 people on the wait list and got hung up on. I tired calling back several times that day with no answer. I called the next day and spoke th [redacted]. He tolde that the 4 by 2's where all gone but he could put my daughter into a 4x4. He would call me back on Monday. Of course he didn't call back. I called back Tuesday and he said nothing was available . I asked to speak to his supervisor. [redacted] got on the phone. He told me that nothing was available at all. I explained the whole situation to him. He told me that he would check with his supervisor about putting my daughter first on the wait list. Again I didn't get a call back. I called today and was told someone get back toe. I got an email that said I didn't send in a second application which I did. No one even checked the situation but sent an email out. I did everything I was asked. My daughter has no where to live and the highlands doesn't care!!!!! This is so unfair!!!!!!Desired SettlementI want her to get a apt.
