Work was completed 4 weeks ago by another contractor after several phone calls to you with no return calls . So to settle claim just return $600.00 that is the portion of work you didnt complete. As for as a monsoon I dont know where you are at but where we are at it has been dry for 2 months . The other contractor was hired and guess what he was completed all your work plus added work in 2 days was paid in full.
