Thank you so much for sharing Mr [redacted] ***'s experience here at The Hills HotelIt is unfortunate to hear the dissatisfaction from Our valued guestI have shared this feedback to [redacted] and she wanted to extend her apologies to him.We are fully booked during his stay and several of our guests were accessing the back entry door and the door latch was creating an unusual sound upon closingWe have replaced the spring latch right away and now it has been fixedDue to this inconvenience, we did not charge Mr [redacted] the pet fees for both nights and offered him to relocate into a different room which he gladly accepted.I will be reaching out to him directly to apologize and to address his concernsThank you!Sincerely, [redacted] General Manager
