The Hills Restaurant and Bar

Review: on the evening of july **, 2013 I decide to visit the hills restaurant for a order of shark and fish. after waiting in line for about ten minutes as the attendant ( a older dark skin lady )serves customer I notice I notice a long period of conversing. As I must say its nothing wrong with greeting your customers but I do believe conversing should be kept to minimum. being next on line I waited patiently, when she skipped over me to another gentlemen and a couple who I believed or regulars (2 people orders she took in front of me ) . I then address he stating , " I have been waiting here for the longest and you keep taking ever one else orders" her reply " well you have to squeeze up to the counter you just cant stand there " very rude and disrespectful. I then got the attention of an older gentlemen who I believed to be the manager who asked her to serve me next.I order the shark which was clearly in the hot case; she place 2 orders in trays placing them to the side and then return to me and said theres no more. wow , very shocking to me I ask about the orders she just packed she said that's for someone coming later.any way I continued to get my ordered of fish that last set of oily pieces on the bottom of the metal tray she packed away and give me once I got home and eat half way I vomit. I must ask is this the normal behavior of employees?is this the standards of the hills? where is the respect for customers?I guess because im a young adult and don't look like the average customer or a regular I was treated to a lesser standard.Desired Settlement: I deserve an apology, for that employee disturbing behavior. and a refund of my $10.00. please
