Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
First and most importantly, I am pretty sure that a company is not allowed to give out customer information with out permission as Mr. [redacted] just did. As I previously requested, I would like TIMESTAMPED document that shows proof that there were ticket available in my name and available for pick up on the date of the event. This document shows a print date of 1/21/16 (over two months after the event). Ultimately my wife and I purchased tickets and were turned away from the event due to an error by the venue. The Theatre should implement a more organized process to avoid such errors in the future. If error do occur representatives such as Mr. [redacted] should remain professional and accept responsibility for his Theatre's error and avoid unprofessional actions as he has expressed throughout this current situation. Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear **. [redacted]I again received another letter from you regarding this matter. You mentioned in your letter that I didnot respond and that is completely incorrect. I sent you a copy of the print out from our ticket vendorshowing you that there were tickets ordered under his name. I still have the tickets in fact. The one thingwe will agree upon is that we are done with this matter. As a former Navy veteran we would never treata current of former veteran with any disrespect unless that person showed that he went out of his wayto deserve said treatment. I did indeed hang up on him because he refused to listen and interrupted meduring the entire conversation. I would look forward in talking to his superior officer and wouldwelcome the opportunity.
I will say this for the last time and then I will consider this matter closed. The movie Mr. [redacted] claims hetried to attend was a rental, we do not have his money we do however have his tickets and always have.If his complaint is with me then so be it. I will also agree with him that his patronage is not welcomehere. My record with the public and military stands by itself and I have no doubt that it will continue togrow in the future.
We will consider this matter closed.Curt S[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:
Although we are not members of the Revdex.com and are not compelled to respond to thiscomplaint, we will out of courtesy.
Mr. [redacted]'s complaint is completely without merit for several reasons of which I am happy to...

address. The Show in question was Warren Miller's Movie that aired at our theatre on November 19, 2015. TheWarren Miller Corporation rents our theatre for this event. When a customer purchases tickets on linewe print the tickets and place them in will call. If someone fails to pick up their tickets at the end of thenight we place these tickets in an envelope for the renter. Mr. [redacted]'s tickets were in that envelope atthe end of the show which means he did not show up for the show. In addition our theatre makes it apolicy to remedy all discrepancies to the point of actually allowing customers to enter free of chargewhich we have done numerous times in the past. We have never sent anyone away over a ticketdispute. When I spoke to Mr. [redacted] I told him that the Warren Miller Corporation rented the theatre andhe would have to contact them if he felt he was deserving of a refund because all revenue received forthis show went to them. We could not refund money we did not have. Lastly, even if we did receive themoney it says right on the E-Tix website that all sales are final and there are no refunds. Since the ticketswere always here (we still have them) and we never turn anyone away based on a legitimate dispute wewould not refund the money anyway.
It is our opinion that Mr. [redacted] simply forgot about the show he had purchased tickets to and decidedthat he wanted his money back. If he feels wronged then he should contact Warren Miller and worksomething out with them. We will not discuss this matter any further.
In a recent poll done by King News our theatre was rated the 3rd most popular venue in WesternWashington. We did not receive this honor because we treat our customers poorly.

Complaint: [redacted]
I would have to rebut Mr. S[redacted]'s statement for it's many fallacies. As I previously stated, when my wife and I arrived at the venue we were told that we had no tickets to the showing. I refuse to believe Mr. S[redacted]'s statement that his theatre remedies all discrepancies, since my wife and I were turned away from the event where we provided documentation that we had properly purchased tickets. Mr. S[redacted]'s assumption that my wife and I did not attend the event is completely false with no supporting documentation. I personally would like to see the time stamped printed ticket that show there were tickets at the venue in our name. Regardless, we were turned away from the event with the understanding that the ticketing agency (etix) had made the mistake. As I previously stated, I attempted to remedy the situation and contact etix, which referred me to Mr. S[redacted].  Mr. S[redacted] not only didn't remedy all discrepancies, but he called me a liar while utilizing profane language and ultimately hung up the phone. After returning the phone call, I was threatened by Mr. S[redacted] that he would be contacting my superior officer.  I am an active military member and I am still unaware of how Mr. S[redacted] had knowledge of my occupation. I can see that mistakes must happen when one company rents a venue for an event and then the venue utilizes a third party ticketing agency. These mistakes become increasingly difficult when all organizations deny responsibility. My complaint is against Mr. S[redacted] himself and his company for the unprofessional customer service and criminal actions that were taken. Regardless of outcome, I would expect a higher level of professionalism from a local business leader. I understand that Mr. S[redacted] prides himself and his business based off his recently awarded 3rd most popular venue in Western Washington, but I hope that he understands that those awards are established from loyal local costumers such as myself. Since dealing with Mr. S[redacted] I will never attend another showing at the Historic Everett Theatre. I have no doubt that Mr. S[redacted]'s extreme disrespect for customers and military members will reflect on his business in the future.
Sincerely,[redacted]
