The Historic Ventura Inn

Manager at The Ventura Inn has repeatedly answered the phone by loudly saying "Ventura Inn" into the receiver. Upon speaking, the Manager will answer a simply "Hello, this is..., How are you today?" by saying "Oh, it's you.," or "What do you want ?" The tone and tener of his response is unprofessional and inappropriate at best.
Upon calling, answers like these will be repeated on a weekly basis, for no apparent reason, and even though it was requested by the Manager that the calls to the Inn continue on a weekly basis, these type of antagonistic comments, as well as other personally offensive remarks continue, followed by a telephone hang up.
These and other statements made by the The Ventura Inn's Manager are trending towards a personal attack and there has been a refusal to cooperate with contacting his boss or supervisor regarding this concern. No contact information for his employer has been given and the reply to a request to contacting them was : "They will call you back if they care, if they don't, they won't."
