From: Hitching Post [mailto: [redacted] ] Sent: Thursday, May 21, 1:PMTo: [redacted] ***Subject: Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] ( [redacted] ) [redacted] purchased our $elopement wedding package which included an hour of photography on March 23, He added an additional 1/hour of photography to our package (details of that package listed online here: http://1812hitchingpost.com/weddings/packages/elope/) The total photography time/venue time he purchased was from to 5:p.mon April 12th with wedding ceremony scheduled at 4: At 3:on the day of the wedding, his fiancée, [redacted] , called and told me they had lost track of time and were just then leaving their home which was minutes from our location Our staff, including the minister, photographer, and Dj, were already on site ready to work We require hour notice to postpone a scheduled wedding With minutes notice, we could not postpone I told them to do the best they could to get here quickly and we’d do the best we could from our end to give them as much as we could for their wedding We had another event scheduled directly after their event The couple and their three children arrived close to p.mand got dressed at our venue The photographer was there shooting the cake and decorations even before the couple arrived from to 5:as she was scheduled She shot photos of their wedding which were professionally edited and given to them about ten days after the wedding There were photos that could not be taken on their wedding day due to the lack of time the couple allowed us The total cost of the photography they purchased with the package was $($for the first hour and $for the extra 1/hour) In addition for the money they spent, they received a custom wedding cake, beverages, customized decorations and music, the services of the minister and DJ, the wedding planning services in the month leading up to the wedding Our minister would usually leave directly after the ceremony but had to stay an extra hour because they were late We did not charge them for that extra time and we did everything possible to give them a full wedding experience When the groom complained to me after the wedding, I offered additional photography to recreate the photos they were not able to get within their contract time at no extra charge to them [redacted] refused the offer and requested a refund of more than the photography portion of his contract They received the total value of their wedding package [redacted] W [redacted] 1812HP, Inc.www.1812hitchingpost.com [redacted] ###-###-####

This company is the best movers we have used , my parents been using movers for years and we have seen them allI was amazed how polite,courteous Beach Bay Movers were! Damon initially gave us an hour estimate and I didn't think they would ever meet that estimate ,having a bedroom house and 15×storage...However Damon and Olley did it in hours wrapped all furniture prior to loading it truck, unloading into house not one scrach,they layed pads on the hardwood and floor protection, they assembled all beds,mirrors and couches! We tipped them great and my daughter is using them in August! God Bless this company!
