Although I have searched our records and cannot find any record of payment
for the service I will have the $credited back to the account today

We originally went to the property on 11/18/The technician charged $for the inspection and setting the trapsOur records indicate that there was traps set in various areas of the buildingOur technician did explain at that
time that since the rodents are on the interior it will be more difficult to catch them until repairs to the building are doneWe did a follow up service to check the traps at no charge on 11/25/and our technician provided a written report of what needed to be repaired on the structure to keep rodents outHe explained the difficulty of catching the rodents when they are free to come and go and stressed the importance of getting the repairs doneThe homeowner indicated he would doing the repairs himselfNothing was caught at that pointOn 11/26/the homeowner called our office yelling and using profanity with the office staff because we still had not caught the rodent in his houseThe office manager tried to explain the importance of repairing the holes mentioned in the report and that once repaired the chance of catching the rodent is much higherThe homeowner did not want to listen and kept yelling saying he wanted his money back and that he did not want us back outShe agreed to credit back the $which was credited back to his credit card on 11/26/

We have not heard from the homeowner since this last voicemailUnfortunately when a rodent problem is let go for an extended period of time and a homeowner tries to catch them themselves rodents become trap shyOnce trap shy they are very difficult to catch and can take some time to eliminate themIn this case the homeowner expected immediate results and unfortunately that cannot always happen with difficult rodent problemsWe were willing to go back to the property as many times as needed to help solve this problem but we were not given the chance
Again the credit card that was charged after the initial visit was credited back on 11/26/

According to my bookkeeper there has been no money credited to my accountHitmen is lying about there being traps put out initiallyalso the technician said NOT to block the holes right but to leave them open as this would help them trap the rats better
Yes they have not heard from me again nor will they ever hear from me again unless it is in Small Claims Court
The office tried to explain? Really? The office manager said to me "What did you think we would do? Blow a whistle and the rats would follow us out?" If that's explaining then they are way out of lineThe office manager was downright rude and that's when I lost my patience and demanded my money backHow dare she talk to me like that! Or to anyone like that!
Once my money is returned I am done with this company for goodAnd I am telling everyone I know never to use themUnknown to them they have gotten several referrals from my telling people I know to use themThat won't happen ever againThey have lost a client who's used them since about 1992!!!

I have attached a copy of the credit transaction from a third party credit card companyDue to when the transaction (credit) was completed it will most likely show on your December statement from your credit card company
I do apologize for any inconvenience, confusion or mistreatment that you receivedMy statements are based on records we keep in our system
Customer service and satisfaction is always very important to us and we do take these comments very serious

While I accept the refunded money and deem that part resolved I still feel that the way they handled my problem and my subsequent complaint as unacceptableI would advise wouclients to use another vendorWhile they say they apologize I don't believe themThe way the office manager ridiculed me was not the first time she has done that! She did it with way too much ease and the rudeness just rolled out of her mouth
