The Holistic Center experience was excellent My nurse George and assistant Jennifer were informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy I would highly recommend

I had run out of medical marijuanaI had contacted holistic center to see if they can up my amount that I can receiveI called for weeks trying to get a hold of the doctoronce I got a hold of them, they decided to set up an "appointment"They knew all along that they could not approve me for more! why bring me in? So, I went into the appointment and the person at the desk stated that I need to pay $to get it approvedthey said that I will be approved to get more medical marijuana that day! so I gave them this money thinking I would be approved(they should of called me on the phone to avoid all this and say I cannnot get any)
once they called me in, the "doctor" said noSo im feeling like I was ripped off and was given informationAlso, before I went in, they didnt say anything about chargesthey said they wanted to speak with me with no money or figures
So I think this was planned out the way it was to get my moneyI

illegal to only charge patients a fee based upon results. That would be a fee for service arraignment which is forbidden in the medical field.

It is our policy to inform our patients of the fees. Our fees are displayed on our website. Second, the law allows only the doctor to provide a patient more than the standard amount. It is our policy to explain the law to our patients. We did so with this patient. The reason he needed an appt was that we specifically explained to him that he needed to consult with the doctor because only the doctor could increase his standard amount. It appears from the patients comments that the doctor did not find adequate medical grounds to increase the standard amount.
