I am rejecting this response because this is not the GSA set government rate. When we checked in the computer system was down and we were told that the rate would be corrected when we checked out.

I am rejecting this response because a government rate (set by GSA) was promised. The Holland Hotel is not obligated to ever give a discount or government rate. However, when a government rate is promised, it should be honored. I believe the Holland Hotel does not understand that this has personally cost me and my coworkers.
