I signed those forms because Treton confirmed I would see the results I was seekingI did not go in without a consultation nor knowledge or inquiries without him answering everything I wanted to knowAs far as the skinny shots I payed the cashier $for four without getting a receipt backIf I would of gotten the groupon they would of fully refunded me the money he took but he said it was better to just go through them on purchasing the services instead of grouponI don't want $I want the $I wasted on the lies I was told

I only payed the lawyer for a consultation to see if I could get my full refund and according to him I can but I'm not gonna pay $500+ for a lawyer to represent meSend me the check of $to my address sOuray st aurora co XXXXX I don't have the time to stop by to get the money I've been working hr shifts days a weekIf I don't get the check before the end of July I will then take legal action
