89 degrees and our swamp cooler stopped. Mike answered our call and said he would be able to fix the cooler that same afternoon. On a very hot roof Mike and his helper worked and were able to repair our cooler. He had spare parts with him so he did not have to waste time going to buy parts. Mike explained what was damaged, why the cooler quit and told us what it would cost to fix. After repairing the cooler he showed us the damaged parts and answered our questions about the cooler and maintenance.
