Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I made an appointment through Vanessa B*** (Home Dr.) and Jackie N*** CFO - Home Doctor on August after waiting so long and they responded immediately by proof I have with email for insulation crew to come as they have scheduled for their crew to remove insulation on Augapproximately 1/area of attic storage spaceOur all two story townhouses are designed w/ attic center portion for walk on storage w/ light and pull down stair because there is no other storage space in these two storey townhouses. The insulation crew Christian A*** of *** Insulation w/another crew member came at 9:am on August as my tenant called me and I came there as wellThe crew Christin A*** examined his work order and looked at the required work then told me that his order is to replace baffle vents and he does not have order or any equipment to take down so much insulation.Furthermore Christin examined the baffles and told us they are good and don't require any changes to baffles.I have him talk to Jackie N*** and he explained this to her and told her to make another appointment with proper crew to remove lot of insulationChristin also helped me to take many pictures of insulation that needs to be removed from the center storage space. There are items stored by my tenant and they can't get to their items because of lots of insulation in the wayI have responded to Jackie N*** by email that as soon as the work is completed I shall make the balance of payment & never ever refused not to make balance of paymentI have a threat email and recorded message at my answering machine from Phillip G*** that we will file a warrant of debt and place a Lien on the property.I have not only email proofs what I have said here in the complaint also proof from my tenants who live there and were present every time when any working crew came or did not make appointmentsAlso have text messages from my tenant with dates and time when the crew came to work and other times with scheduled dates and time no crew came and no calls from Home doctor to inform us not to wait.It is sad that a company with Fairfax county license and with Revdex.com listed would make such wrong remarksI am waiting for Revdex.com to to take action against The Home Doctor before I call Fairfax County License division and hire an attorney to take action for completion of my contracted job and payment of my attorney fee

indeed quote the project while we were at the property but she was so dismissive of is that she must not have noticed the quote. After the rep left, we mailed her an invoice for $We offer free roof replacement quote but the repar quotes are not free.We replace hundered of roofs per year and this customer did not give us any opportunities. We finished the job origonally and customer complained we did not leave storage. I went back out on the 30th and agreed to remove a few sq ft of insulation on the 6th. When the 6th arrived it was too hot to send workers in to an attic. We called customer, no answer. We assumed they understood as...

this was a previous concer on the customer. The 13th was also too hot and we have it scheduled for the 20th. We called and emailed the customer on the 16th and 17th of this week to update him. We got no response. Clearly the customer is now avoiding us and this is evident by their ability to wrote a Revdex.com review but inability to return our calls or emails. For this reason we fee the customer is trying to avoid paying the balance by using this small issue as the reason. We are fully prepared to file a warrant in debt if the customer does not allow us to finish the job tomorrow the 20th.

Amazingly, the customer keeps bringing up this $175 that we deducted and did not charge. There is indeed a impending lawsuit weather or not it has been filed is irrelevant, we are inside the statute of limitations. Simply haven't filed it yet because we have the payment. If she wins the dispute with...

AMEX we will submit the suit. To be clear, when we originally contracted with customer, she complained about a $175 change to the agreement and said she wanted to cancel it. I told her I would just deduct the $175 to keep her happy. If this was the customers true objection, clearly they would have taken the work at the price they wanted and proceeded. However, the customer was stuck after I took the $175 off and had no reason to cancel. This actually made the customer mad because they did not expect us to take the $175 off. The real objection is not the $175, the customer is trying to cancel for some other unknown reason, the $175 excuse holds no water since we never charge it.Now after I took off the $175 and refused to cancel it because there was no longer any legitimate reason for cancel, the customer got irate. This is when we were accused of being bad guys. Our assumption is that the customer signed with us, decided to go with a different contractor and therefor tried to cancel our contract. We also assume the work may have already been completed by a different contractor and the customer is continuing to be dishonest in an attempt to find a way to cancel it illegally.

Unlike the other reviewer, I had the exact opposite experience. We used the HomeDoctor to replace poorly measured and installed replacment windows (from another company) we had bought a few years back. Not only was the information that was provided to my wife and I accurate, so were their measurements and installation. The installation, except for the fact that I had new windows was un-noticed by me. I went to work in the morning, when I got home, we had new windows. There was no trash, no messes of any kind inside or out. If it weren't for the fact that the new windows looked so much better, I wouldn't have know they had been there at all!

Complaint: [redacted] This is my final correspondence to Revdex.com regarding this matter.  According to the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, neither The Home Doctor Exterior LLC or Mr. G[redacted] is licensed to perform home improvement work in the state of Maryland. That is the information provided to me by this regulatory agency.  This is not slander. According to the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation the companies license number must be provided to consumers.  At no time has this company demonstrated they are licensed to do business in Maryland and at no time did they contact me to perform work outlined in the contract.  Someone can only assume that the contract was cancelled as I claimed or that the company never intended to perform. This is my final statement and I wish to NEVER be contacted by Mr. G[redacted] or anyone associated with him or The Home Doctor Exterior LLC. ever again.

We have a legally binding contract with the customer. The customer would not let us proceed with the work many days after the 3 day recession expired. She claimed to have another quote for less. We asked for a copy of the quote so we can match the price. She will not...

provide quote and is legally trying to cancel the project after we have incurred cost. See attachment. We informed her that we will file a warrant in debt and that is the reason she wrote this review. We have not contacted her since and have not harassed her at all.
