Attached is the response; In response to *** *** ***, *** ***,With large jobs we always request customer to do a walk through and provide a punchlist to be completedCustomer did just that and was provided by emailOn move in day wediscussed list and walked house with customerAt this
time work was completed tosatisfactory; mom and friend were even commenting on how beautiful the house was andenquired about workCarpet cleaners left with a stack of business cards commenting on the tilework which was the best he has seenEven mentioned he’s in multimillion dollar homes all thetime and doesn’t find this quality of work .All that was left was installing the vanity, mirrors, and lightMirrors and lights were at location but vanity had to be installed firstVanity wasdamaged multiple times from *** *** shipping which lead to this delayCustomer paid usin full for the master bathroom on this day even though we preferred partial payment until finalinstall of above listed itemsA week or so later *** sent a picture of damage to hardwoodfloor in laundry room which was not present at time of walk through and us leaving the home.Even though we knew we were not responsible for this we offered to try to fix it when vanitycame in b/c they were great customers and a pleasure to work forWe are still unsure what theblack spot or how it got there wasAlso the new refrigerator scratched floor during install whichwas fixed to satisfactory on final walk throughAfter rejuvenating hardwood floors didn’t fixproblem we then offered to replace that section of hardwood which was denied by customer. We added hardwood flooring to kitchen which was satisfactory to customer and was going todo the same in laundry room*** was discussed at beginning of job and pictures of thebeautiful work was posted immediately and well receivedAfter being up for over a month*** commented on all of them, that they were used without permissionPictures never havelocation or customer information attachedThey we immediately removedI’m assuming thesewould conflict with her slanderous comments of amateur work and accusing us of stealing.Vanity light was returned and funds used for other materials in the homeTile was left in garageand was even brought to attention of customer to returnAs far as the comment of mentioninghow much money they were spending to a friend, we are unclear on thatProspectivecustomers sometimes ask about approxcost to do work in some of our photos, but names arenever mentioned and approxnumbers are given, but wouldn’t know for sure without seeingtheir location.Other things I see mentioned in complaint.Overspray-completed and satisfactory on final walk throughPaint on woodwork-never brought to our attention.Leaking plumbing-never brought to our attention.I can stress enough every time *** brought something to our attention our response wasalways we will take care of it even though some items were unclear to sourceEven if she wasdoing it in a slanderous way, and after accusing us of theft, amateur work, and my favorite takethe money and run guysWhich I mentioned she paid in full for bathroom and we showed assoon as vanity was in to complete work at houseWe are still and always have been willing toreturn to property and work for *** to resolve this matter.Sincerely,The Home Doctor LLC

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Walk throughs were completed with the understanding that
outstanding items would be corrected.
Emails dated 3/and 4/1, as well as a text on 4/make note of items
which still needed to be addressed, and photographs were taken of ‘corrections'
while communicating with contractor to indicate fixes were not satisfactory
Contractor gave no option of a walk through on 4/after installing vanity,
and left property without completing agreed upon work or final approval. He did reply when I called to voice complaint
and offered to ‘fix' laundry flooring and cabinet trim, however, at that point
he had already agreed to have completed the work on 4/27.
Contractor comments on family members stating ‘beautiful'
work, and as I stated in my original complaint, work started strongHowever,
the devil is in the details, and many of the sloppy details we are just
noticingYou cannot take underspray off of graniteCabinets were ‘cleared'
during a working walk through, with the understanding that outstanding items
would be fixed (and never were). However,
paint spray was later found on granite and top sides of cabinets, as well as on
ceiling above refrigerator
To address photos, being nine months pregnant with
complications, I was not on [redacted] every dayTrue, once I did note pictures
were used without permission (no notice was given that they would be posted,
only a vague mention work might be featured) they were removed
In short, as my
original statement stands, the workers started strong but got sloppy at the
end, then completed ‘fixes' that were less than desirableAlso, did not
complete agreed upon work during agreed upon time frameWe've had the project
open since February and they had plenty of time to finish items, but we believe
they prioritized other projectsNo, we do not wish for the contractor to
return to our house based on previous behaviors, lack of quality ‘fixes' and
overall deficit in attention to detailMatter can be considered closed, but I reject the business's response that I am slandering their work and gave a final sign off - we were emphatically NOT given the opportunity for thisThey were still working on our move in day, then as stated, on 4/27, we were NOT given the opportunity to do a final check before contractor left property
