Regarding *** ***'s complaint:This complaint is frivolous in the respect that the customer had a modular home custom built to there specifications. Work was done prior to the home being built and the customer was reimbursed for every penny they had spent on getting the property ready
for delivery. The were paid over $for the work that was done. I have proof of every check written to *** *** out of her $26,deposit for ordering a custom built modular home. The customer was informed from day that a custom built modular home has to go through engineering with the manufacture and get approved by the State of Alabama. I had the manufacture *** *** call the husband *** *** and explain every step of the process to him to make sure we were all understanding the time frame of to weeks for delivery. Not at any time did I nor the manufacture state to *** *** that she would get into a custom built modular home in six weeks. That statement by *** *** is and I can back it up with the sales repand the sales manager of *** stating they told the customer to weeks. I have everything in writing for the ordering of all my homes for this customer and all of my customers. At NO time did they ask for or were told they were getting plywood throughout the home. I have the order signed by *** *** with no mention of plywood. Also, the manufacture called me and said that *** and *** *** were arguing over which wall the fireplace was suppose to be on. The customer signed closing documents with the bank and a contract with me to order a custom built Modular home. I ordered the home per the customer's signed requests and they have a signed contract that has been looked at and verified by an attorney that is a legal and binding contract to purchase the Modular home that they had custom built. If the ***'s decide to not fulfill the contract then it is stated in the contract that all monies will be forfeited because the Modular home was custom built. Please call me with any questions because the claims that *** *** are complaining about are and I can prove they are through the signing of the custom built order and the contract to purchase the home. I am looking forward to this frivolous complaint being remove from my business's name. Thanks in advance, *** ***, Managing Partner

I have had several conversations with this customer explaining that the service department was backed up 3 to 4 weeks due to weather issues and contractors not showing up for work.  Also, we had to order some parts for the issues he had.  We have hired new contractors and finally catching...

up on service issues.  We have been to the customers home several times fixing other issues before we got backed up.  I told the customer that these issues would be addressed by the first week of November and they were taken care of on 11/7/2014 like I told the customer.   The customer was told this the first week of October but was not satisfied with the answer I gave him.  The customer was informed of the delays every step of the way but wanted the work done that day and I explained the issues I was having with my service department.  Please call with any questions and I feel I have done everything I can to satisfy this customer's needs. Thanks in advance

property ready for delivery.  The were paid over $9000 for the work that was done.  I have proof of every check written to [redacted] out of her $26,000 deposit for ordering a custom built modular home.  The customer was informed from day 1 that a custom built modular home has to go through engineering with the manufacture and get approved by the State of Alabama.  I had the manufacture [redacted] call the husband [redacted] and explain every step of the process to him to make sure we were all understanding the time frame of 12 to 14 weeks for delivery.  Not at any time did I nor the manufacture state to [redacted] that she would get into a custom built modular home in six weeks.  That statement by [redacted] is false and I can back it up with the sales rep. and the sales manager of [redacted] stating they told the customer 12 to 14 weeks.  I have everything in writing for the ordering of all my homes for this customer and all of my customers.  At NO time did they ask for or were told they were getting plywood throughout the home.  I have the order signed by [redacted] with no mention of plywood.  Also, the manufacture called me and said that [redacted] and [redacted] were arguing over which wall the fireplace was suppose to be on.  The customer signed closing documents with the bank and a contract with me to order a custom built Modular home.  I ordered the home per the customer's signed requests and they have a signed contract that has been looked at and verified by an attorney that is a legal and binding contract to purchase the Modular home that they had custom built.  If the [redacted]'s decide to not fulfill the contract then it is stated in the contract that all monies will be forfeited because the Modular home was custom built.  Please call me with any questions because the claims that [redacted] [redacted] are complaining about are FALSE and I can prove they are through the signing of the custom built order and the contract to purchase the home.  I am looking forward to this frivolous complaint being remove from my business's name.  Thanks in advance, [redacted], Managing Partner

I am sorry Mr. [redacted] has had a few warranty issues with his home!  The contractor called and texted Mr. [redacted] to try and schedule an appointment for the 2 weeks he is referring to in his complaint!  Mr. [redacted] never responded to either!  I have called Mrs. [redacted] today  and set...

up a time for the contractor to fix the issues that I can #1, #4, and #7.  Several of the issues Mr. [redacted] is referring to are Manufacture warranty issues that can be taken care by the Manufacture because he has a 1 year warranty on his home!  #2, , #3,  #5, #6 are all covered under his Manufacture's warranty!  I have forwarded these issues to the Manufacture so they can schedule a time to service Mr. [redacted] home.

Mr. [redacted] was informed and he signed an Acknowledgment of Non-refundable Fees form that the $200 earnest money he put down on a lot model was fully refunded IF I could not get an approval for a loan.  I got Mr. [redacted] an approval and we started the process of...

getting him in a new home.  Mr. [redacted] then started bringing me what the bank asked for to get the approval moving forward.  He brought me his YTD check stubs and the rest of his down payment of $4800 and signed another Acknowledgment of Non-refundable fees form once he knew he was approved.  I started the process of clearing the conditions of the approval and also worked with the Manufacture's sales rep. to quote several other homes at Mr. [redacted]'s requests.  Also, I worked with an insurance rep. to get Mr. [redacted] a quote for insurance on the home that he wanted.  I talked with the bank on multiple occasion trying to get Mr. [redacted] in a home.  One day out of the blue Mr. [redacted] called and said they were just going to wait on purchasing a home from me.  I did ask them what was wrong and he stated he just wanted his money back.  I informed them of the forms he signed and I gave Mr. [redacted] $4500 back out of the earnest money and the down payment they he put down after working for almost 2 weeks on his approval.  They told me they were going to complain to the Revdex.com and I made sure they had a copy of the Non-refundable Fees forms they signed and I mentioned to send that form with the complaint.  I assume that they did not send the signed forms and I will email them to the Revdex.com right now.  Thanks
