In regards to this complaint, Ms*** told me about her floors being sticky and filmyShe told me about the estimate and I told Ms*** that that price was too highI went and looked at her floors I did not see a film and the floor did not feel stickyI offered to go back in with a floor
cleaning company that we use and trust and they would never charge $I know for a fact that Ms*** uses totally awesome, which is purchased at the dollar store, on her floorsHow do we know that that product is not causing an issue with her floorsAlso, Ms*** said that she spoke with another client about the floors and when I reached out to this other client, he said "that is not true, we are very happy with you"I have the text message that this client sent me about thatI offered services to clean her floor but she refusedI also want to point out that Ms*** is a client we cannot keep happyAlmost every time we go in she complains about something and we give her a discount on her bill, which resulted in us fixing to discontinue her as a clientSo now I believe that she just wants to take advantage of the fact that we are licensed, bonded, and insuredAnother instance happened where she complained about her floors not being done right, so I went in and took a look at the floors but saw nothing wrong with themI did not do anything with her floors that time except tell her I went in and looked at the floors and she said that they looked beautiful nowSo I really believe that she is just trying to get this service done for freeIf you have any further questions you can contact Sylvia R*** at ###-###-####I just want to reiterate that I am not refusing to fix her floors, but I want to go with a company that I trust and I know will not make anything up to charge outrageous fees

Please see attached invoice for steam cleaning my title floors due to the third time The Home Service cleaning company left my floors in a sticky mess. I do have text messages from Sylvia stating her attorney & bonding company was trying to process the claim. I had no success getting my title floors clean again so my last effort was to hire this steam cleaning company.I really don't want to take time off of work to take action at small claims court, my bill are out of this world since my husband passed away.
