Agreed on price $2700.00 on work to be done ask for 2/3 down payment, said I would give him 1/3 on day he showed up and started work , and 1/3 for 2nd day and remaining amount when work was completed Never showed up and each time I called he said he was going to have julie mark area. Gave up thank god I did not give him money first.
