The Honest Company was having problems with their website and lost my entire cart of products (which I had been working on for a long time) and when I contacted them they offered me a coupon worth less than the coupon I already had I explained this to the representative (thinking it was an oversight) but they apologized and said "that was all they could do" I emailed a complaint to their customer service...receiving a reply that I should "Call customer service" I complained again that I should not have to continue contacting them again and again, and that I wasn't looking for more of a discount just to help them with their customer service issues Someone contacted me and apologized - so I thought they had finally "got it" She offered me another discount A few days later she again contacted me to say that I was mistaken about what the chat representative had said This is absolutely not the case, as I have the conversation saved! Either the chat representative edited our chat log, or the customer service agent (Jenny ** was trying to back-track on their error I am really disgusted with "The NHonest Company" and will be telling all my friends and family to avoid them

I have been using Honest diapers for almost years now and we LOVE this companyNot only are their diapers and pricing better to the legacy brands but they also have amazing customer service! Calling to order is always a pleasure and I have even asked what they put in the water there because they are always so happy and friendly When they first started they had a few minor issues with shipping and responded to just feed back calls with over compensationI once called to let them know that they inadvertantly sent the wrong color of diapers in one of my ordersI let them know I was just letting them know so they could fix the problem in the warehouse since it was such a new company and they redid the whole order at no charge to meHaving worked in customers service management I believe that they should absolutely be the model for all businessesTop notch for sure!

My experienced with this company started about 10 months ago when I had a free trial with them. My mom ordered the free trail for me as I was a new mom and afterwards it was to start on a subscription (so monthly basis) - automatically. My mom was aware of this and made sure to cancel. Well she continued to get charged and have these packages sent. I sent each one back and 4 months later.. the issue was finally resolved. Well a friend of mine is a loyal cus5omer for the diaper bundles and for customer appreciation month (September) she got to give away 2 bundles to her friends for free. The bundles were to renew on subscription though within 10 days of receiving the free products. So I got the bundle and that day called to cancel (I personally love the diapers but they are overpriced- in my opinion). I called and was on hold for 30 minutes . Frustrated, I hung up. Decided I would try again the next day at a different time. Tried again the next day and at about 10 minutes on hold I filed a contact request to cancel on the website and waited an additional 5 minutes on hold. I did NOT have time for this. So at this point I hang up and it's the weekend so I wait for my email to possibly get replied to. No such luck. Today I sat on hold for an additional 15 minutes and ended up getting canceled through the online chat service. It should NEVER be this inconvenient to speak with customer service. In ANY business. This has truly ruined my view of what I thought to be a great company that I just could not afford. Now, even if I could afford it, I would not choose to. I truly hope they get this straightened out.

The Honest Co claimed to cancel my subscription and then restarted it again without my knowledge. I had my subscription cancelled last month and even received a cancellation confirmation email and saw that my account was changed to inactive status on their website. However, today I saw surprise charges on my credit card. After looking into it, I saw that my subscription was "renewed" an order was placed and new diapers were on the way. This is completely unacceptable. This company makes it even more challenging since you are unable to cancel your subscriptions or your account online. You must call them and pretty much beg the service rep to cancel your subscription.

I can't get a hold of customer service to cancel my membership. I have called but on hold for to long. Today I was given the option to leave my name and number and I could keep my place in line for a call back. Never called back. The chat is also a long wait, was 5th in line for SEVERAL minutes

The Honest Companies Policy of requiring a phone call rather than a wrtten notice of termination of services with their company (which the Honest Compant does NOT recognize as valid), does not allow the consumer any way to protect themselves should disputes arise around when or if termination occurred. It will be a he said-she said situation with no consumer protections. My credit card requires a written notice so it can in fact be verified. Any logical business model does so as well as values and respects their customers and wants to treat them fairly. The Honest Company comes across feeling sleezy after you dig deeper and see their business model and how they choose to operate

The Honest Company makes it very difficult to stop the monthly shipments of bundles. This experience has destroyed my trust in this company, unfortunately.

If you are considering trying the free trial of diapers or any of there products you may want to think twice. I was excited to see the cute diaper prints for the upcoming arrival of my sisters baby. However, when I called to cancel my bundle within the 7 day period my monthly bundle was still shipped. I live in Canada. My cc was charged for the monthly bundle and now I have pay to return the shipment back to there warehouse in California. Buyers beware, shaddy business practices and the free trial is all a gimmick!

A terrible customer service model. They suck you in with a "free" trial (just pay 5.95 shipping!) and tell you that you have seven days to cancel your membership before you are auto-enrolled and billed for a monthly subscription. What they DON'T tell you is that there is no possible way to cancel your account or subscription (or even downgrade it!) online, you must call or chat with a customer service rep. Which is fine, if you can ever get ahold of a human being. 30+ minutes on hold and a chat agent who disconnected and refused to send a cancellation confirmation email. I guess they figure if they make it too difficult to cancel they will sucker you in to an overpriced diaper subscription? I hate companies that pull underhanded tricks like this. It's low and no better than any other scammer out there, in my opinion. I might have purchased their products in the future, but no more.

These diapers are the only ones my son can use without a rash. Same with the body wash and wipes. I love the healing balm and other cleaning products. All around great from what I've tried so far.

Amazing products and amazing customer service!!! Whenever you have a question about a products or your order they make sure to fix your problem with such a peaceful attitude! This company is a breathe of fresh air.
