Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It is a flat out lie-----I only found out about the additional charge when the worker told me. I did not want to argue with him and needed to get to work. After he left I thought about the cost and looked into cost of the parts. As...
I said $6.00 each at most. Labor was already charged and I heard him on the phone saying charge her $30.00.
I find their response to be unethical and of course I will not do business with them again. You can be assured I will tell everybody I know to stay away. Karma .....hope to see the business closed soon.Regards,[redacted]
