Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is a flat out lie-----I only found out about the additional charge when the worker told meI did not want to argue with him and needed to get to workAfter he left I thought about the cost and looked into cost of the partsAs I said $each at mostLabor was already charged and I heard him on the phone saying charge her $ I find their response to be unethical and of course I will not do business with them againYou can be assured I will tell everybody I know to stay awayKarma .....hope to see the business closed soon.Regards, [redacted]
