I ordered from this company back in early March or late February. Received an email from them on March 5th that there would be a delay by about a week. It is almost May and still have not received any product but have received emails advertising their products. No number to call and no response from them from the emails I have sent them. This is ridiculous.
Product_Or_Service: body washes
Other (requires explanation) Refund me my money or send product. Either way needs to be done asap. Tired of waiting.
We reached out to *** on Friday May 8th via telephone. I spoke with her personally about her order. I proceeded to enter her name and email address into our system and she did not exist in our system as a customer. I asked her if she possibly ordered with a different name or email and she had not. It turns out that she had signed up for our email newsletters and received an email about shipping delays due to Covid-19. She thought that because she had received that email from us she had a delayed order. She said that she was 100% sure she had ordered and I asked her to send me a screenshot of the money taken out of her account so we can track down what happened on the backend. I gave her my number and email address to respond. I never heard back from her.
