For Thanksgiving my mother-in-law ordered a turkey and ham combo to b deliveredAfter HOURS of back & forth calling,never rec'd turkey.nothanksgiving
Today (Nov.23) our family was supposed to receive our Thanksgiving meal from HBH, it was my mother in laws gift to us since we've been going through a rough patch.I tracked the package all day noticing one of the packages did not have tracking info other than ready for *** pick up (this was the package with our turkey and ham) while the other package had arrival and departure info (package with green beans and sweet potatoes)Customer service was very generic when I reached out stating UPS was having issues but we would receive our packages by 8pm 11/I waited....I received the second package (beans & sw potatoes) when I contacted Customer service again they offered no assistance and did not seem to care our family would not have our Thanksgiving meal after being "guaranteed" all day we wouldWhen the package was delivered I aske
