Review: I ordered hooks from her website. She returned call and took my American Express number. She never shipped the hooks, yet my card was charged. We had more than 10 emails between us, with her excuses why she was late, then why she no longer had the items, then I got tired of it, bought hooks elsewhere and contacted her to see if I could get her to send a check or should I have American Express pursue it. "Oh, please, let me send a check" she said. No check ever arrived.Desired Settlement: Admit she was not able to complete the order as advertised, and refund the money she charged to my card. She can refund by debiting the card, she can send a money order.

Review: Hooks were delivered weeks after purchasing and provided less screws then needed. No return policy. Sizing different than represented on website.
