Hello, thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond to this complaint. We received the initial inquiry with the concern from the customer ([redacted]) on 5/2/2017 by our call center. It was immediately provided to our management team and followed up on by the GM...
[redacted] on 5/2/2017. A voice message was left for the customer that we were looking in to the concern and to please call us back. [redacted] has left an additional 4 - 5 phone calls with the customer but we have yet to have a return phone call. We did diagnose after investigation that the diagnosis was incorrect and the customer will be receiving a credit check in the mail for $443.09 to be mailed out 6/2/2017. The original invoice was $673.09. The new invoice is $230.00 which includes the $69.00 service fee, $149.00 work done plus tax. We wanted to talk to the customer to explain this along with our sincerest apology from our management team.
