I was involved in a car accident, and took my damaged vehicle here, where my family is knownI was accused of trying to make the owner commit insurance fraud by apparently asking if I could get a quote on new rims while they had the carOn numerous occasions, I had to tell them that they needed to contact me, not my fatherI gave a review on Facebook for this place, nothing vulgar, just stating my experienceThey continued to lie and say none of this ever happened, when I had just hung up the phone with them asking me to remove the postThey had previously told me that this can be a learning experience for them, but I needed to take the review downThey blocked me on Facebook for leaving a bad review, they delete comments, and immediately point the finger at me falsely accusing meI left a review on google, and even there they tried to make up excuses that would work in their favorI'm appalled they would continuously lie
I had some auto repair work done 01/12/- 01/29/by Fridley Auto BodyWhen I picked up my vehicle, they told me that I was paid up and that I didn't owe them anymore moneyI asked if I owed a deductible and the woman said "NoI'm looking at your paper work now and the insurance company paid for everything."About weeks later, I get a call from Fridley Auto Body saying I owe them $for my deductibleI was very confusedI called my insurance guy and he said he'd look into itBut I didn't hear back from my insurance or Fridley Auto Body so I thought the matter was resolvedThen, today, May 23rd 2018, I received a very threatening call from Fridley Auto Body, demanding I pay them $It's now been months since I got my car back from themI have only heard from them twice about supposedly owing them $I have never received anything in writingI feel as though they're business practices are horrible and don't understand how they feel as though it's ok to bully
