Monday December 9th responded to their ad in the Sacramento Deal Saver for a gas fireplace insert value of $5700 for $2895. Product offered was a White Mountain Hearth,Innsbrook Traditional insert. I placed an order and gave a deposit of $500. On Tuesday after research I determined the value of the product was less than $3000. On Wednesday the 11th I confronted staff at the store who told me that I did not know what installations cost and the 50% reduction in cost was for the installation. You can find installation costs run between $300 to $500, not $2800. I asked for and was given my deposit back but feel this needs to be looked into.Desired Settlement: Consumers need to be made aware of this company,s business practices.
