I am rejecting this response because: The agreement you made with *** *** was that you would remove the hot tub in exchange for the hot tub cover and any salvageable parts You immediately, months ago, removed the hot tub cover and potentially any other salvageable parts Therefore, you received your payment, obligating you to remove the hot tub You were able to remove the cover immediately and should have, with the same level of haste, removed the hot tub Instead, you continue to make promises that you fail to complete You have told, both my father and myself, on many occasions, that you would be by to remove the hot tub or drain the hot tub or confirm that the hot tub was ready for removal, only to miss every single one of those specific deadlines The only resolution at this point is for you to return the cover and any other parts you removed from the hot tub or to complete the job by removing the hot tub

Hello ***, I did offered to remove the hot tub, a job that is $600+ dollars. I agreed to this in exchange of customer loyalty for Mr***. Whom, I spoke with about it, I haven't had time/opportunity to do it In my opinion this is more like a favor thing than an obligatory job
If you want to pay to have this job done I'll be more than happy to put you as priory otherwise please be patient until I have the time or search for someone else that can do it for you.
