Please see the attached email correspondence between Simon S., our Hotel Manager and [redacted]. It was brought to Simon's attention by the complaint that taxes and fees were not showing on the original confirmation email. This issue was corrected by the I.T. Department following the complaint....
Simon adjusted the customer's bill and refunded $30.01 back to the customer on 11/04/15. He also offered 25% off of Ms. [redacted]'s next stay and noted this in her account. Sincerely, Ursula M. Senior Director of Marketing
