Enclosed is a copy of our invoice that indicates we are purchasing sea scallops not bay scallops, We are sorry the customer felt that the scallops were not to her likingAfter reading a negative account of her experience the following day, the staff was questioned concerning any complaintsIt was commented that the scallops were not sea scallops and the kitchen manager and the floor manager both went to the walk in to check the product which was clearly labeled sea scallopsThe server checked the table and was asked to have the steak cooked a little moreAfter returning to the table the statement about the scallops being bay scallops not sea scallops was madeOne gentleman ate the scallops with no further commentThe server again checked to see if everything was ok because not everyone had finished their meal and was told that everything was fineOur establishment is very conscientious about customer satisfaction but that is not possible when you are not aware of the problem until the customer leaves the establishment and does not contact you directly,
