We have been working with the customer from the time this problem was made aware to usWe chlorinated this well multiple times at no cost to the customer trying to be helpful and friendlyWe have spoken with the state dnr and county officials
in regards to this and both say we are not liable for the quality of water, and that this is out of our control

We have contacted another well drilling contractor and they feel there is something wrong with either the well or the holding tank that was put in by *** and we were not told by *** that there wouldn't be reliable for good drinking waterWe have seen no proof that the state was contactedWe feel that they are not being very professional and we are still having to pay someone else to fix the problemThe other well contractor is getting back with us so we can look into the matter further about what is definitely wrong
