I am rejecting this response because:My store at *** *** ***, air condition problem is not fixed at all but it is as hot as hell still.I would like to meet in person with General Manager MrBobbie L** and would like to talk to him about what really going on with this air condition problemsWith my store.It seems to me, originally my store was part of the *** *** store but they built a little kitty *** partition within its space and then later it became separate store but shared air condition controller system And some reason they cut off and sealed off the air condition between *** *** and my store and they never installed air condition system for my store I think, that is the real story and real problem but none of the agents are telling me the truth! Robert showed me the old temperature controller panel but he wasn't sure if it was wired or not and he said will send someone from his office to check it but never did.This needless problem would have never happened if the leasing agent MrKyle M***a told me about this air condition issues when I was acquiring this space on 21st of November 2014.Any person with right mind would know that it is impossible to open a store in Hawaii without working air condition system.I hope, MrBobbie L** can see the real and root of this problem clearly and decides to solve it with mutual benefits for both licensor and licensee.Mahalo, ***My work schedule at ***:Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 2pm to 9pm.Friday 6pm to 9pm.Saturday 3pm to 9pm.Sunday am to 6pm.Mobile: ***
