The Hub Companies advertised gallons of oil For $on ***.com I placed the order The ***.com receipt showed that I had ordered gallons of oilThe next day I received an e-mailed receipt from The Hub Companies showing only gallon of oil They would not answer their phone or respond to the voice mail message that I left When I contacted them via message sent through ***.com and asked if they planned to ship gallon or gallons they promptly cancelled my order I did not want my order cancelled, I wanted them to honor their advertised quantity and price Since The Hub Companies won't have an adult, civilized conversation with me and because *** won't hold their third party vendors responsible to honor their advertised prices, I will be contacting my State Attorney Generals office My complaint will be that this is either a 'bait and switch' style advertising campaign or just plain failure to honor advertised pricing It seems somewhat ironic that The Hub Companies advertises that they will match any advertised price and yet they won't honor their own
