Management can do a whole lot betterI have learned that The Hub has very recently changed managementAnd while I have no complaints about this transition, I'm left with a sour taste in my taste after management tried to up charge me by upping my security deposit from $to $(even when the only contract I received from them clearly noted that I would only have to pay $if I filed a guarantor form)If the folks at the Hub were upfront about the transitioning process and the change that accompanies it, I would have no reason to write this complaintThey have done neither, and that's frustratingI seriously cannot recommend signing a lease with the Hub until management gets their ducks in a row (primarily communication problems)

looked into this matter We have pulled all of the orders for that entire day from not just your agents but all of our agents and we did not even collect a total of cash for $for the entire day from all of our agents We have spoken to the agents in question and they remembered GIVING you free subscriptions from donations that they had received for the day This practice is not something that we condone and the agents have been terminated If you can prove that the $was in fact given and was all from your pocket, such as an ATM withdrawl slip or bank withdrawal slip we can proceed with this matter further All of your magazines were processed by the fulfillment center prior to this case being filed and they should be received shortly
